Joe Ancona received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University. He has worked as a software engineer for more than 7 years where he regularly learned new technology, met tight deadlines, as well as led and mentored others. Joe brings the unique skills that made him successful as a software engineer such as close attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a logical and solution-focused approach to the multifamily space. He has lived in several different apartment communities which have given him the renter's perspective. His passion for multifamily comes from a deep desire to improve people’s lives.
Mekia Edwards
Co-Founder/ CEO
After earning her bachelor's in Computer Science, Mekia Edwards worked as a Software Engineer in a financial company for 6 years. Working in the blockchain space gave Mekia her first insights into the world of investing. She wanted to move towards financial freedom and started learning about multifamily investing. Her primary focus is adding value to both her investors and tenants. Being an engineer taught her to be solution-focused and being a renter taught her what exactly renters appreciate in the space they live in.
